This app is the natural evolution of the previous DroidZone. It 'been improved and updated based on suggestions of many users.
With DroidZone you can manage a database of over 800 foods, each of which specifies the content of macronutrients and the glycemic index.
Use these foods (or add others) to create your own zone meals. Depending on the amount of ingredients and the number of blocks , DroidZone will let you know if the meal is in the zone or not.
With your zone meals you can plan your menu for every day of the year, deciding what to eat and how to distribute it throughout the day.
From planning it can also AUTOMATICALLY generate the shopping list.
